Title: Marketing Manager
Salary: £50-60k (DOE)
Location: Central London (3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy across your product lines, with a strong focus on brand building and expansion.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, partnerships, retail, and experiential).
  • Manage product positioning, messaging, and creative assets to ensure consistent and impactful brand identity.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Oversee budget allocation and measure ROI across campaigns and channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the wider team in identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.
About You
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG, consumer health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Comfortable working across the full marketing mix: digital, social, PR, events, ATL and trade marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, product marketing, and consumer engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident in making strategic decisions.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
