Your work as Member Marketing Manager will shape how members engage with Nest, helping them understand the value of their pension and inspiring them to grow their contributions.

You’ll plan and deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and growth. You’ll also shape go‑to‑market plans for new propositions, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to transform Nest from a service provider into a trusted partner throughout our members’ lives.

Working collaboratively with teams across Brand & Marketing, Data & Insights, Experience, and Operations, you’ll deliver impactful, data‑driven communications in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment.

The minimum criteria for this role are
  • Experience in delivering successful integrated marketing plans, and of taking new propositions to market.
  • Experience in creating plans and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across B2C Earned, Owned and Paid channels, including digital advertising.Demonstrable ability to understand customer data and translate information into actionable insights.Understanding of target audiences and use of CRM methodology.Demonstrable knowledge of tracking and measurement of multi‑channel marketing activity and reporting on ROI.Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, including ability to influence and garner support from both peers and senior stakeholders.
