Duties & Responsibilities
- Production and delivery of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the UK and Export
- Management of the Marketing Budget
- Identify market opportunities for the business and its products
- Initiate the New Product Introduction process by undertaking business case assessment
- Maintenance and promotion of the company brand
- Digital marketing including Social media and Automated Email Marketing
- Management of external agencies
- Website content management (Wordpress)
- Creation of content for print and online (images and text)
- Use of CRM and Lead Generation Software
- Analytics reporting to measure campaign success, web traffic and trends
- Developing effective follow up activities following CPD events to promote our brands and products
- Produce promotional materials
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Mentor, develop and nurture team members, ensuring regular contact and one-to-one time is maintained
- Carry out such additional responsibilities as may be considered necessary by the Management
Required skills & experience
- Marketing Degree would be desirable
- CIM Membership would be desirable
- Proven experience in marketing, in product and brand development
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
This role is office based with a requirement to travel internationally where required. This role has 1 direct report.
