Job description

Puma Investments are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in London.

We also work with leading wrap platforms including Fidelity, Aberdeen, M&G and Transact.

Within this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and another Marketing Manager to help shape and implement marketing strategies and campaign plans for our range of tax-efficient and inheritance tax planning solutions. As a business with ambitious growth plans, we are also committed to introducing more marketing activity to help build awareness of Puma Investments within the intermediary market.

You will also champion Puma Investments’ products within the wider marketing team, inspiring collaboration across our group marketing functions (digital, design, events, PR, and social media) to deliver on our objectives, plans and achieve outstanding results.

As part of a small but expanding marketing team, this is very much a hands‑on role that blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution.

  • Collaborate closely with our digital team to ensure our products are showcased effectively and accurately on our website
  • Work in collaboration with the team to build out social media plans for Puma Investments that have a regular cadence of activity across our product sets
  • Champion test‑and‑learn initiatives to help build brand awareness, and to scale our marketing capability, developing compelling proposals for pilot campaigns, conducting analysis to validate concepts, and seamlessly transitioning successful pilots into standard practice
  • Enhance and expand our suite of collateral (both financial adviser and investor facing), developing new content while continuously improving and updating existing materials
  • Work in collaboration with the Strategic Partnerships team, to deliver the components of their plans, for example content opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with our Commercial Director to maximise educational and thought leadership content through our marketing channels
  • Opportunity to work on a range of webinars supporting thought leadership, performance updates and product pushes, with responsibilities including storyboarding, overseeing production and developing promotional plans (pre and post event)
  • Opportunity to drive sales through direct‑to‑investor initiatives, such as targeted direct mail and email campaigns
  • Produce and ensure communications are maintained in line with financial promotion principles, using our compliance and asset management system (Dot Approve)
  • Be a champion for Consumer Duty within the marketing team, ensuring that our communications are customer friendly
Experience Required:
  • Experience working within financial services and/or Investment Management is preferred, ideally within intermediary marketing
  • Demonstrable passion for delivering first‑class marketing communications and user experiences
  • Proven understanding of working in a regulated environment with experience of financial promotions and marketing compliance processes
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise workloads and demands from across the business
  • Demonstrable project management skills, with the drive and commitment to deliver campaign plans according to go live dates
  • Excellent content writing skills, with the ability to turn technical information into customer friendly language
  • Data driven with the ability to analyse campaign performance, to continually optimise future campaigns
