Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 35 hours per week.
Salary: £42K To £47K (depending on experience)

To support our ongoing growth and ambition, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will own and deliver CNS’s internal and external marketing, communications, lead generation, events, and content strategy. This is a non–client-facing role, focused entirely on promoting CNS Media as an agency brand and driving new business opportunities.
You’ll report into senior leadership, working closely with teams across Paid Media, Creative, Client Services, and Strategy to ensure our agency is visible, engaging, and competitive in the marketplace.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically across channels and tactics from Paid Media to PR, content to events while also rolling up their sleeves to execute our own campaigns, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
