Role Overview

This role leads UK candidate marketing, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, with a primary focus on early talent, experienced hire, and light-touch alumni engagement. You will shape how we attract and nurture talent pipelines across the UK, ensuring our brand connects with the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
Early Talent
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for graduate, apprentice, school leaver, and intern recruitment campaigns.
  • Partner with Early Talent Recruiting to understand hiring forecasts, key audiences, and campaign priorities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, campus, events) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage candidate nurture programmes including expression of interest forms, newsletters, and event follow-ups.
  • Oversee content creation and storytelling aligned to early talent audience needs - including website landing pages, ambassador content, role-based videos, and office spotlights.
  • Monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to enhance application quality and conversion rates.
  • Support location awareness initiatives and inclusive hiring efforts, ensuring campaigns reflect diverse talent needs.
  • Act as the main marketing contact for early talent stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery against peak recruitment timelines.
  • Brief and oversee internal and external agencies and teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that position company as an employer of choice for early talent candidates.
Experienced Hire
  • Develop and implement UK-specific candidate marketing campaigns for experienced hire recruitment, aligned with global employer brand priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders and recruiting teams to promote priority roles and critical hiring needs.
  • Manage digital media programmes, including content updates on careers landing pages, role spotlights, and targeted outreach.
  • Brief and oversee internal creative agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that position company as an employer of choice for experienced professionals.
  • Track and analyse campaign effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Alumni (Light Touch)
  • Support the alumni programme primarily through a periodic newsletter and ad hoc business requests.
  • Provide marketing advice and support for national and regional alumni activities, including events when required.
General
  • Align local UK employer brand activities with global strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all candidate segments.
  • Partner with Marketing + Communications, Recruiting, Business and HR stakeholders to ensure campaigns reflect our EVP and Employer of Choice initiatives.
  • Manage delivery timelines, reporting, and budget approvals for marketing activity.
  • Ensure compliance with talent brand guidelines and leverage approved tools (e.g., SynOps, Headbox, CVENT) for campaign and event execution.
Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, ideally with a focus on employer brand or talent attraction.
  • Deep understanding of candidate marketing lifecycle - from awareness through nurture to application.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across complex organisations.
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for multiple channels and candidate segments.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with a track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Relationships
  • Reports to: Marketing Director
  • Key stakeholders: Early Talent Recruiting, Experienced Hire Recruiting, HR, Marketing & Communications, Business Leads and Global Employer Brand teams.
  • External partners: Agencies, vendors, and suppliers as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Significant experience in marketing strategy creation and delivery, ideally within a professional services environment.
