Overview

We’re seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Marketing Manager and wider team to deliver engaging campaigns and produce compelling content. Your work will span multiple areas of marketing, including fundraising, retail, volunteer engagement, clinical marketing, and internal communications.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about creativity, storytelling, and making an impact through community-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging visual content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Develop branded assets such as posters, flyers, social media graphics
  • Assist in planning, drafting and scheduling content across social media platforms using Metricool
  • Write engaging captions and content to support campaigns and product promotions
  • Photograph events, retail shops, clinical services, and company activities to capture high-quality images
  • Create, edit, and produce short-form videos and reels to enhance and support marketing campaigns
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation using MailChimp
What We\'re Looking For
  • Experience, relevant qualifications, or a proven interest in Marketing
  • Proficiency in Canva and at least one Adobe tool (Photoshop etc)
  • Knowledge of or experience in a broad range of marketing activities including general marketing, advertising, digital marketing and communications
  • Experience of managing the design and production of marketing materials
  • Experience in creating content for social media platforms
  • A good eye for design
  • Car owner/driver to travel within the catchment area of Eastern Hertfordshire when required
