Brand and Marketing Executive - IKON Training are looking for a Brand and Marketing Executive to join their team in Ipswich in this exciting full-time, permanent position.

About the role:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Brand & Marketing Executive to join our team during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role with digital marketing initiatives, including content creation and engaging brand campaigns. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help build our brand presence and expand our reach. Working hours for this role with be Monday Friday, 40 hours a week 08.30 - 17.00 flexibility if required. 30 mins inclusive for lunch.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email, website, and CRM to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Capture and create compelling static, video, and story-led content during training courses and events that exemplify the effectiveness of our programmes.
  • Act as a brand guardian to uphold our quality standards, ensuring consistency and alignment with our tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce award entries, PR content, and campaign assets that elevate IKON's profile and showcase our unique contributions to clients.
  • Provide monthly marketing performance reports to Directors, offering insights into progress and areas for improvement.

About you:

As a Brand & Marketing Executive you will be enthusiastic and bring a wealth of creativity and a passion for marketing to the role. You will ideally have a degree in marketing or related field, or 2-3 years of relevant experience. While experience in the training, education, or healthcare sectors is a plus, we value diverse perspectives and transferable skills. What matters most is your ability to bring innovative ideas to life across digital channels and your eagerness to contribute to a company that truly makes a difference.
