What You’ll Do :

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role within our marketing team, providing essential support in the planning, coordination, and execution of IMG campaigns and wider brand projects. This position will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help organise campaign assets, manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist with campaign reporting, vendor communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of our brand marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
  • Assist in the development, coordination and rollout of marketing projects including campaigns across channels such as digital, social, email, and traditional media.
  • Working with the central digital marketing team, champion digital activations for campaigns, including website updates, social media coordination and execution, and reporting.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, external agencies etc).
  • Manage day-to-day tasks to ensure campaigns launch on time and stay on schedule.
  • Support the creation of creative briefs, content calendars, and promotional plans.
  • Work with designers, writers, and external agencies to source, organise, and deliver assets.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet brand standards and campaign requirements.
  • Track revisions, feedback, and approvals throughout the creative process.
  • Work with the digital team to track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to share insights and recommendations with the wider team.
  • Champion the IMG Brand and support on brand projects including co-ordination of asset delivery and rollout.
  • Sourcing and coordination of key assets and footage for ongoing projects.
  • Monitor and track budgets and vendor invoices.

Working Conditions

The work location is Chiswick Park, London.

This is a permanent contract.

You’ll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign or creative deadline.
