Job description
Overview

Marketing Coordinator — Location: Liverpool/Hybrid. Contract: Full-time, permanent.

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing business working at the intersection of energy efficiency, sustainability, and industrial innovation. They support energy-intensive manufacturers in reducing energy consumption and accelerating progress toward ESG goals - using an innovative, off-balance sheet model that helps unlock projects that would otherwise be stalled by capital constraints.

Backed by leadership with experience in a NYSE-listed global manufacturing business, the company brings both strategic insight and practical support to operations and facilities teams across the UK. With strong momentum and growing market demand, they\'re now expanding their marketing function to keep pace.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a lean but ambitious marketing team and play a pivotal role in campaign delivery, content creation, and market engagement.

You\'ll work alongside the existing Marketing Executive to build out marketing activity across channels, markets, and service lines - helping the business raise its profile, generate leads, and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, social, and events
  • Writing and editing content for web, case studies, client presentations, and proposals
  • Supporting event preparation and follow-up to drive meaningful engagement
  • Assisting in the development of sales materials and pitch documentation
  • Conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Helping build scalable marketing processes, reporting, and assets

This is a hands-on role with great variety and exposure - ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social schedulers, CRM systems)

Why This Role?
  • Join a business with a clear mission and growing momentum
