Blue Legal is pleased to present an excellent opportunity to join a global leader on a 1-month FTC. The role of Marketing & Business Development Manager for the ESG team will be based in London and will support all strategic marketing and BD activities for the group. Working closely with and having line management responsibility for the Senior Advisor, you will lead day-to-day activities as well as support the firm’s wider cross-practice offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the global ESG cross-practice initiatives and client-centric activities, including business development and profile raising through social media and PR.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners and associates regarding strategic ESG pitches.
  • Assist and advise global BD & Marketing colleagues on events, credentials, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Create and implement client events and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to write, edit, and design content for client-facing presentations and meetings, including social media content.
  • Identify sponsorship and membership opportunities to enhance group profile and generate new business.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, designers, copywriters, and external agencies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a busy BD and marketing role within a law firm or relevant professional services firm.
  • Experience managing and executing BD campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, teamwork-oriented, with high commercial acumen.
