A leading bathroom manufacturing company based in Cheltenham is looking for a Marketing Assistant for a Year Placement to support their marketing strategy and manage event coordination. The ideal candidate should be studying for a relevant Bachelor’s degree, possess strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills, and be eager to gain hands-on experience. This role offers a hybrid work mode and an annual salary of £23,500.

At Kohler Mira we are passionate about delivering extraordinary showering experiences for the end user. The main requirement of the Marketing Year‑In‑Industry role is to provide support in the delivery of the Mira marketing strategy.
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Year‑In‑Industry student to join our Marketing team and take ownership ofSpace 100, our on‑site meeting and events area. This is a hands‑on role that blends event coordination with marketing project support, offering a unique opportunity to gain real‑world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The preferred candidate will be a detail‑oriented individual with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with solid time management, organisational, and analytical capabilities. The role requires someone who can effectively prioritise tasks, solve problems and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. A high level of attention to detail is essential, particularly when handling and delivering accurate data. Additionally, the successful candidate should demonstrate creative thinking and a willingness to develop new processes and procedures, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
