This is a newly created position for a Marketing Assistant to join a successful music production software company as they continue to grow and release new products used by musicians, DJs and producers.

You'll be working alongside a Marketing Manager to support day to day marketing activities, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver marketing campaigns and content.

It's a varied position, well suited to someone with previous experience in music technology marketing, hands-on experience with music production tools, and a passion for bringing new music technology to professionals and beginners alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns
  • Creating images, videos and social media content
  • Writing and editing copy and marketing materials
  • Organising and managing events
  • Assisting with market research and marketing data analysis
  • Developing artist partnerships
  • Identifying licensing opportunities with studios and educators
Requirements
  • Experience in music technology marketing
  • Hands-on experience with music production
  • Detailed understanding of audio production software, DAWs, musician / producer tools and workflow
  • Strong skills in image and video creation / editing, copywriting, visual / graphic design
  • Track record driving sales and product success
  • Experience developing partnerships or licensing agreements with musicians, studios, producers, educators
