Overview

Join Regatta as a Marketing Assistant and bring campaigns to life! In this 12‑month fixed‑term role, you’ll play a key part in delivering dynamic retail activations, coordinating point‑of‑sale projects, and supporting brand marketing across our vibrant portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Retail Activations & Campaign Support:

  • Support the planning and coordination of retail activations, window campaigns, and POS rollouts.
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Assist with creative and print briefs for retail graphics, fixtures, and in‑store materials.
  • Track and manage stock, POS, and unitary inventory.
  • Support store communication around upcoming campaigns and activations.
  • Research competitors and seasonal retail trends to inform future activations.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of event and exhibition materials where required.

General Marketing & Brand Support:

  • Collaborate with brand and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment across all channels.
  • Support in preparing marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communication materials.
  • Assist with photoshoot coordination and sample tracking when required.
  • Maintain image and asset libraries, ensuring all files are organised, tagged, and accessible.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting, trend research, and competitor insights.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the outdoor industry, including key trends and target audiences.
  • 1 year’s marketing experience.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and reliable.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support out‑of‑hours retail events where needed.
  • Experience using project management platforms, e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello, is a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
