George Heriot’s is seeking a qualified, experienced and dynamic Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join the team. Responsible to the Director of External Relations, the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will develop, implement and maintain the school’s digital media strategy, including the creation of compelling digital campaigns and content to increase website traffic and stakeholder engagement. You will work across the school to maintain and make relationships with all departments and staff and be involved in the promotion of all activities across Heriot's via social media and other marketing platforms.

The successful candidate will be involved with a range of marketing projects and, as such, should possess or be working towards a CIM qualification alongside previous generalist marketing experience. You will be an ideas person and a great communicator, with the ability work autonomously whilst ensuring good relationships with all stakeholders.
