As a Marketing and Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective commercial management. You will be responsible for overseeing brand development, market positioning, revenue generation, and customer engagement across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics (ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition cost) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the commercial planning process, including pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Manage key customer and vendor relationships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain risk awareness in commercial operations.
