Qualifications

• 5 years’ practical experience in a busy workshop/production environment.
• Proven track record in engine rebuilds and new builds.
• Basic computer literacy advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of overhaul production staff.
• Oversee training and on-the-job development for team members.
• Ensure timely delivery to meet company and customer expectations.

Skills

Health & Safety legislation knowledge

Education

Recognised apprenticeship or diploma in Engineering

City & Guilds in Vehicle Mechanics

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
