Manufacturing Technicians Caravan Manufacturing

Team Swift is recruiting Manufacturing Technicians to join our production teams across a range of departments, including Machine Shop, Bonding Line, Edge-banding, Jig Shop, and CNC.

You will be involved in the manufacture of components used in the caravan build process, working to standardised procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced, modern manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Manufacturing components in line with work instructions and production targets
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Working as part of a team to support efficient production
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What Were Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience (desirable, not essential)
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and work across different production areas
