Manufacturing Team Leader – Dunstable

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader in Dunstable to join a busy and well-established production company. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills to manage a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Dunstable
Salary: £14.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Shift work – days and nights
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing

• Lead and manage a team of 6 staff during shifts
• Organise and rota staff into appropriate shift patterns
• Oversee production processes to ensure smooth workflow
• Carry out quality checks on finished goods
• Report production or staffing issues to management promptly
• Support continuous improvement in the manufacturing process
