A prominent industrial manufacturer based in Wednesbury seeks a Team Leader for their Laser, Press, Fabrication, and Assembly departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, especially in the steel industry, and will be involved in delivering production requirements, leading a team, and ensuring safety standards. Total hourly rate equivalent to ~ £17.00

Monday - Wednesday, 14:00 - 00:00 & Thursday, 14:00 - 23:00

Steelway Brickhouse, based in West Bromwich, is a key division of the business, producing precision‑engineered access covers & frames for use across the Water, Sewer, Telecommunications, Power, Rail, Domestic, Industrial, & Commercial markets - using mild steel, stainless steel, & aluminium.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, & hands‑on Team Leader to support daily operations across our Laser, Press, Fabrication & Assembly departments. Reporting to the Shopfloor Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering production outputs, maintaining high standards, coordinating workflow, & supporting continuous improvement. Not only will you act as a point of guidance for your team, ensuring priorities are met, targets achieved, & a safe, efficient working environment is upheld, but you will also take a hands‑on, practical approach to leading by example. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional to take on a leadership role within a respected & growing business.
