Responsibilities
  • Undergo training relevant to their supervisory duties in all areas of Kentec production areas.
  • Ensure that team leaders and staff are fulfilling their responsibilities.
  • Communicate performance targets and goals where needed.
  • Upholding Company\'s procedures and policies effectively.
  • Supporting team leaders to schedule work, ensuring workload requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing, real-time feedback on employee performance where needed.
  • Communicate company updates when needed and receive and escalate feedback as necessary.
  • Assembling product as an when required.
  • Assist in resolving emergencies and issues.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety protocols in the workplace are being followed.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple areas.
  • A role model and mentor for team leader and staff
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in assembly environments.
  • Must be able to rotate to a 08:00 to 16:30 shift within 24 hours notice.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholder levels.
Job Specifics
  • Working hours 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday. 13:00 to 20:00 on Friday
