Salary: £25,823 - £26,122

Stafforce Recruitment are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield.

The Role
  • Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing and production machinery (full training provided)
  • Carrying out machine changeovers, including material adjustments and process settings
  • Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
  • Completing routine quality checks in line with company procedures
  • Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working area
  • Reporting to a Shift Supervisor and working effectively as part of a small team
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency across the site
What We're Looking For
