Salary: £22,176 - £26,059 per annum

Responsibilities

• Operate specialised production machinery safely and effectively.
• Supervise Production Operatives and agency staff on site.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines, report incidents and near misses.
• Ensure customer orders meet quality standards.
• Report Out of Spec products, machinery issues, or non-conformances promptly.

• Day shift pattern from 7am to 7pm, working 14/15 days over a 28-day cycle:
  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Week 2: Wed, Thu
