Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and development strategy across the site.
• Design and deliver comprehensive L&D offerings.
• Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis to identify skills gaps.

Skills

Experience leading L&D within a manufacturing or similar environment

Certifications in HACCP or Food Safety (highly desirable)

Strong understanding of Food Safety and H&S regulations

Proven experience designing training programmes

Ability to train individuals and groups

Strong communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of food manufacturing industry standards

Excellent attention to detail
