Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma.
• Ability to analyse manufacturing data and optimise production processes.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations with engineering expertise.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
• Work closely with NPI teams to ensure seamless product introductions.
• Use Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving tools.
