Are you passionate about improving production systems, driving efficiency, and making a real impact on how things are built? Were looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping smarter, faster, and more sustainable manufacturing.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, youll be the driving force behind process optimisation and continuous improvement projects. Youll work with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards while reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and supporting the introduction of new technologies.

Youll Be Directly Involved In

  • Enhancing production systems to boost quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Leading projects that bring in new technologies, equipment, and processes.
  • Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows and cut waste.
  • Supporting new product introductions and embedding design for manufacture principles.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across UK and global teams to deliver measurable improvements.

What Youll Bring

  • Background in engineering or manufacturing, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) experience.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills (Ishikawa, DMAIC, 5 Whys, Pareto).
  • Proficiency in MS D365 and a good understanding of Industry 4.0 tools.
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance hands-on problem solving and strategic thinking.
