Job description
Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
  • As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Identify inspection features associated with rental tooling updating and creating ITPs in the process where required.
  • Provide Survey dispositions on completion of inspection to facilitate refurbishment.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the workshop in order to execute projects effectively and deliver to our customer.
  • Monitoring manufacturing cycle times and propose improvements and action plans.
  • Defining the correct test equipment to carry out work scopes and work closely with the tooling team to get these tools into maintenance.
  • Leading by example to achieve highest HSE and Quality performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and support execution of deliverables while sharing lessons learned.
  • Working closely with the shop floor to define and improve manufacturing tasks, such as lifting operations, testing, assembly / dis-assembly methods.
Required Qualifications
  • Have proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably aftermarket and repair solutions)
  • Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders / customers.
  • Have excellent written, reporting and communication skills.
  • Shop Floor experience or understanding of shopfloor activities such as general assembly / dis-assembly and pressure testing large assemblies / schematics.
  • Have product knowledge on Subsea Rental Tooling.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
  • Subsea XTs, Subsea Wellhead, Subsea Aftermarket and CWOR Equipment is advantageous but not essential.
