A leading aerospace firm is seeking a Manufacturing Capability Manager to enhance leadership and operational excellence across its Civil Aerospace sites. The role involves developing training programs and embedding improved processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in operational leadership and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a full-time role located in the East Midlands.
Global - Any Civil Aerospace site.
Role will require some business travel. Full time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Capability Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the programme to uplift capability across people, processes and systems within our global Civil Aerospace footprint. You will collaborate across the enterprise to share best practice, drive functional excellence and support our ambition to deliver operational excellence.
This is a varied and impactful role where no two days are the same - from developing training for Production Leaders, coaching frontline teams, supporting induction programmes, designing leadership pipelines, refining core processes, and benchmarking against world‑class organisations to help us deliver our vision.
Your background in operational leadership will be essential in enabling you to design and deliver learning interventions, as well as embed improved processes and systems across our operations.
