We are now looking for a Lean Manufacturing Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and practical learning experiences to individuals and groups, helping them understand and apply lean manufacturing principles within their workplaces. You will guide learners through process improvement strategies, waste reduction methods, and efficiency optimisation, while tailoring sessions to meet diverse learner needs.
As a valued member of the Pathway team, you'll be expected to hit the ground running — confidently engaging employers and understanding different funding streams.
