Job summary

A well-established tour operator in Central London is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Travel Account and Operations Executive. Responsibilities include being the main client contact and developing relationships to increase sales while managing tour operations effectively. Ideal candidates will have experience in the travel or tour operations industry and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum and a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within the travel or tour operations industry.
  • Knowledge of destinations in Great Britain and Ireland is beneficial.
  • Passion for travel and tourism.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact with clients and build relationships.
  • Support the Far East Sales Team in meeting client requirements.
  • Prepare itineraries, costings and quotes.
