Qualifications

• Proven track record in incident, request and problem management.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, RDP, AD, MS Exchange, Hyper V, VMware, PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of WAN and LAN Networking.
• Experience building and maintaining development environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide third line support for user and system-related issues.
• Manage and support telephony systems and IT security.
• Maintain security of applications through updates and policies.
• Design and manage projects for IT changes.
• Perform backup and restore as required.
