A leading consulting firm in Greater London is seeking a Manager for its Executive and Board Programme. This role involves overseeing workshop operations, managing capacity and demand, and ensuring compliance with governance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder communication abilities, and a drive for operational excellence. Deloitte’s Executive and Board Programme is critical in supporting the firm’s strategic growth ambitions. The suite of relationship assets is available to our priority clients and enhances account teams’ long‑term relationships with the key influencers and buyers of Deloitte services.
Through the consolidation of the DCE and Greenhouse team, we are creating a new Manager role with responsibility for Team Lab operations in the current Greenhouse space, reporting to the Team Labs Senior Manager.
This new role (evolved from the Greenhouse manager role) will establish Greenhouse space and team capacity optimisation. The role is the single point of triage and coordination of workshop requests from the business and will work closely with the Senior Manager and the Production Manager. As part of this role, the manager will ensure compliance to governance processes, manage the overall budget, supplier management, invoice and charge‑back management, and lead on any tech platforms and software that need to be utilised for operations and workshop delivery.

You’ll be based in London with hybrid working.
