A leading consulting firm in London is seeking a Manager – Operational Intelligence to oversee client engagements in process improvement and automation. You will lead multiple projects, ensure quality outcomes, and develop team capabilities. With over 8 years of management consulting experience, you possess strong stakeholder management skills and a background in data transformation. At Enfuse, you’ll lead Operational Intelligence engagements that sit at the intersection of process, people, data, and technology, helping clients solve real problems through process excellence, automation, and intelligent operations. You’ll translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions, overseeing work across process modelling, workflow automation, low-code platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities. As a Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivery quality, pace, and outcomes, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, steering decision-making, and ensuring solutions deliver real value and adoption. Alongside client delivery, you’ll play a key role in developing our people and capability — coaching consultants, role-modelling best practice, and contributing to the growth and maturity of the Op-i practice.
As a Manager – Operational Intelligence, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, leading teams and contributing to the growth of Enfuse’s Op-i capability.
You’ll work across process, technology, automation, and AI-enabled transformation, helping clients improve performance, decision-making, and ways of working. This role suits someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of people, process, and technology, and who is comfortable balancing client leadership with hands-on delivery oversight.
