Concentric is a risk consultancy delivering strategic security and intelligence services worldwide. We are seeking a non-clinical, commercially focused leader to align SPS’s medical assistance services with sales, insurance, and client requirements. The role acts as the strategic interface between Medical Operations, Sales, and Insurance partners, ensuring medical products, service levels, and contractual commitments are commercially viable, operationally deliverable, and margin-protected. All clinical oversight and medical decision-making remain with Medical Operations and treating clinicians.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities focus on strategic and commercial leadership, product governance, SLA and contract governance, and ongoing improvement of medical services within a commercial context. The role will own commercial, contractual, client, and product governance for medical assistance services and support revenue planning, pricing strategy, and margin management.

- Own medical service margin, working closely with Finance and Operations.
- Support revenue planning, forecasting, and pricing strategy for medical assistance services.
- Identify and mitigate cost leakage, margin erosion, and commercial risk from misaligned contracts or SLAs.
Operational Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Establish structured feedback between Medical Operations, Sales, and Insurance Partners.
- Translate operational insight into improved product design, refined pricing and SLAs, and stronger commercial decision-making.
Reporting, Compliance & Quality
- Oversee reporting quality for medical-led accounts from a commercial and contractual perspective.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, insurer requirements, and internal governance standards.
