Michael Kors is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to drive their D&I initiatives across the company. This role involves collaboration with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor effective D&I programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the field, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively. Who You Are:
As the Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you will drive, develop and champion Capri Holding Ltd Diversity and Inclusion program. In this role, you will collaborate with the D&I Council, colleagues across human resources and other departments at Capri Holding Ltd to support the development, planning, management, and delivery of programs, projects, and events related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will have a key focus on organization and implementation. As the Manager, you will report to the Vice President, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition and will have an integral part in building actionable tools to execute our D&I strategy. You will also be responsible for leveraging data and metrics to inform our D&I priorities, define and measure success, and influence change at our company and within our industry.
