This team services some of S-RM’s largest clients globally and contributes to the growth and success of the business.

WHO WE ARE

S-RM is a global intelligence and cyber security consultancy. Since 2005, we’ve helped companies, governments and private individuals solve some of their most complex challenges. We’ve been able to do this because of our outstanding people. We’re committed to developing bright, curious, driven individuals who want to think critically, solve complex problems, and achieve success. But we also know that work isn’t everything. It’s about the lives and careers it helps us build. We’re immensely proud of this culture and we invest in our people’s wellbeing, learning, and ideas every day.

Our Investment Migration team helps government agencies that run citizenship and residency‑by‑investment programmes to understand and manage their exposure to money laundering and corruption, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and safeguard their reputations.

We’re excited you’re thinking about joining us.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate for the Associate role will be involved in numerous areas of management including people, casework and clients. You will be expected to promote best practice relating to research, assessment and methodology and ensure delivery aligns with the high expectations of our clients. Additionally, a key focus of the role will also include business development and client relationship management.

Good teamwork and clear communication are integral to success at S‑RM. We work together to address multi‑faced intelligence challenges in order to provide our clients with well‑sourced, objective reporting on sometimes contentious and complex issues.

S‑RM provides a mixture of internal and external training to promote your development, in addition to providing ongoing mentoring and support in your career.

We expect that the successful candidate will likely be involved with some or all of the following:

  • Contributing to the growth of our business by supporting senior management on business development ventures including attendance at industry events and networking opportunities;
  • Involvement in managing clientele to grow existing relationships as well as the development of wider networks and industry stakeholders;
  • Managing open source and human source‑led due diligence investigations;
  • Editing reports written by analysts;
  • Delivering constructive feedback and managing performance;
  • Training, development and line management of more junior members of the team; and,
  • Preparing proposals for clients.

The role will be based in our London office; however we have flexible working arrangements available.
