Job description
  • Oversee the full section of Manager-Accounts, Finance & Admin operations of the factory.
  • Ensure accurate and timely general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, cash & fund management.
  • Lead all VAT & Tax matters (VAT, TDS, VDS, corporate tax), including calculation, return preparation, submission and compliance with NBR rules and other regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and cost analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor and control factory costs, inventory, fixed assets and overheads; provide cost-saving recommendations.
  • Manage payroll for all staff & workers through DBBL Bank, including salary, overtime, bonus, gratuity and statutory deductions.
  • Coordinate and face internal, external, buyer & regulatory audits, ensure proper documentation and timely response of audit queries.
  • Handle factory certifications & compliance-related financial documents, working closely with the HR & Compliance team.
  • Manage all insurance matters, including renewal, premium payment and claims settlement.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships, manage loans, LC/BG (if applicable) and ensure proper utilization of banking facilities.
  • Lead budgeting & forecasting, monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Develop, implement and monitor internal control systems, SOPs and financial policies.
  • Take responsibility for Admin functions of the factory in coordination with HR/Admin, including:
    • Office administration, staff attendance & discipline support
    • Coordination of security, housekeeping, canteen and other support services
    • Staff facilities and general administrative issues related to the factory
  • Supervise, train and guide the Accounts & Admin team, ensure proper work allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Liaise with government offices, auditors, tax consultants, suppliers and other external stakeholders on financial and administrative matters.
  • Any other accounts, finance or admin-related tasks assigned by management.
