Job summary

A professional recruitment firm in the UK seeks a Management Trainer to deliver Management Level 3 and 5 to learners, mainly within blue-chip organisations. This role involves creating effective coaching sessions, conducting Master Classes via Teams, and tailoring learning experiences based on managerial expertise. The ideal candidate holds a level 5 qualification and has recent experience in delivering apprenticeships. The position is remote and requires self-motivation and an appropriate workspace.

Qualifications

  • Formal business or management qualification to level 5 such as HND, Foundation degree, ILM or CMI level 5.
  • Previous, recent experience delivering apprenticeships.
  • Formal training or assessing qualification desirable.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dedicated home workspace.

Job description
MANAGEMENT TRAINER

Working from home, permanent, full time, up to £37,000 DOE.

We are looking for a Management Trainer who delivers knowledge and inspires learners to exceed possible through effective coaching.

As a Management Trainer you will work with managers seeking to learn key essentials of becoming an effective manager and step into leadership.

You will deliver Management Level 3 and 5 to a cohort of learners mainly within blue‑chip organisations, including well‑known company names.

Working closely with learners you will deliver Management Master Classes via Teams and one‑to‑one coaching sessions.

Management Trainers collaborate with learners' employers and client meetings are structured to ensure client satisfaction and track learner progress in the workplace.

You will receive regular feedback on performance, benefiting from continual professional development and skill enhancement. Personal skill development is vital.

While this is essentially a Management Trainer role, you may also deliver other subjects commercially or as part of the training provider’s apprenticeship programme offerings.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A formal business or management qualification to level 5 such as HND, Foundation degree, ILM or CMI level 5, degree etc.
  • Previous, recent experience delivering apprenticeships.
  • A formal training or assessing qualification desirable.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role; use your own experiences to contextualise training.
  • Work autonomously: must be self‑motivated and have a dedicated, quiet home work space.
