Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing & Brand Development
    • Assist in formulating marketing strategies and executing brand promotion campaigns;
    • Contribute to content creation, design, and publishing across digital channels;
    • Support market research and competitor analysis.
  2. Student Services & Operational Support
    • Help coordinate academic scheduling, student logistics, and event operations;
    • Participate in optimizing service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction;
    • Support administrative systems and internal communication.
  3. Sales & Client Engagement
    • Assist in handling client inquiries, course recommendations, and customer onboarding;
    • Contribute to refining sales strategies and improving conversion efficiency;
    • Manage and analyze CRM data to support sales initiatives.
  4. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Participate in internal projects under the guidance of senior mentors;
    • Collaborate across departments to support business goals and process improvement;
    • Provide timely updates and reports on assigned tasks and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written);
  • Conversational Mandarin required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure;
  • Positive, adaptable attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools is preferred;
  • Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, JianYing, etc.) are a strong advantage;
  • Previous internship or experience in education, marketing, or client services is a plus.
