The Opportunity

As a Management Associate, you will oversee, develop, and manage all aspects of Insurtech Insights. Your responsibilities include building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of conferences, and executing the brand's strategy.

You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, be highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire your team. This role is ideal for someone excited by fast-paced environments and eager to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Execute strategies swiftly and effectively.
• Develop the company’s brand as the premier platform for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within set timelines and budgets.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.

• Valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
