Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant to step into a role with real influence, overseeing financial operations and driving accurate, insightful reporting to support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and financial planning reports.
  • Present financial insights to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Own and monitor the annual budget, advising on the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations including reconciliations, VAT, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Partner with the Group FP&A team and support system integration during acquisitions.
  • Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong financial planning and analysis experience.
  • Previous experience in a small finance team, ideally within a scaling or fast-growth environment.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with Power BI experience an advantage.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and improve processes.
