Qualifications

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Divisional Head of Finance to prepare monthly Management Accounts and provide detailed analysis. You’ll ensure revenue compliance is consistently maintained and play a pivotal role in supporting the business to maximise revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyse monthly Divisional Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain revenue compliance, including auditing cut‑off, recognition and invoicing processes.
  • Produce Regional P&L packs, Financial Board reports and support monthly performance reviews.
  • Monitor intercompany accounts, manage aged debt actions and approve subcontractor purchase orders.
  • Provide financial insights and ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth.
Qualifications
  • Qualified or completing studies towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Experience: management accounts preparation, accounting principles and ability to influence others in a positive manner.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software, technical competency in accounting principles and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
