Management Accountant

Reed Finance Norwich are supporting a leading company in the Norwich area to recruit for a highly skilled Management Accountant to enhance their financial operations and contribute to their continued success.

This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified Management Accountant, looking to take their next step into a growing organisation to continue their development and growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare and analyse monthly Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain strict revenue compliance, including auditing cut-off, recognition, and invoicing processes.
• Produce Regional P&L packs, Financial Board reports, and support monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor intercompany accounts, manage aged debt actions, and approve subcontractor purchase orders.
• Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified or completing studies towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in management accounts preparation and a strong grasp of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
