Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically and drive performance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
