About The Role

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Generate and deliver robust financial reports (D365), ensure custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI integration, and analyse financial performance based on D365 data.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement technical solutions, drive continuous improvement in financial systems, and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets by leveraging tools like ‘D365 Reporting Suit’.

Compliance & Control: Ensure compliance with IT governance standards, maintain strong data integrity controls through audits and reconciliations, and ensure solutions meet accounting standard.

Month end
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
  • Supporting year-end audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Preparing monthly / periodic financial statements (P&L, balance sheets)
Essential Hiring Criteria
  • Qualified – CIMA, ACCA
  • Numeracy and Literacy: Strong English and maths skills (e.g., at GCSE or A-Level) are a basic requirement.
  • Commercial / Business Environment: Proven experience working within a commercial / business environment, and an understanding of how a FM organisation works.
