Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Reconstruct and optimise financial reporting tools and routines.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve inconsistencies or legacy financial issues.
  • Drive improvements across financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
  • Provide senior leadership with timely, data-driven financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
  • Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within SMEs.
  • Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), or qualified by experience with a strong, demonstrable track record.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365
  • Proactive, confident, and resilient, with the ability to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong working knowledge of financial systems.
Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
