Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight.
  • Producing key reports and KPIs to aid commercial decision-making.
  • Assisting with year-end and audit preparation.
  • Continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

Overview

Ashley Kate Finance are working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation in Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially aware finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the month-end process and supporting operational decision-making. You'll be working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, playing a key role in driving financial performance and visibility across the business.
