What we do.

This particular role is at our Bakkavor Meals site in Park Royal – West London. Split across 3 factories and 1 distribution centre. The factories make chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products & savoury accompaniments and employ over 2,000 people.

About the role.

In this busy and exciting role, you will provide a high‑quality service to support internal stakeholders as the lead point of contact for one of the factories. This is not your typical management accountant role – you'll be hands‑on working closely with operations, providing finance support, and reporting, driving and challenging Factory Performance reporting.

Role Accountabilities.

• Preparing reports for review, circulate reports and present in meetings
• Product costings analysis
• Business partnering – building strong relationships with other functions
• Applying the commercial and operational controls and escalating breaches to management
• Preparing, reviewing and presenting costing analysis of our current and future product range – supporting commercial and development functions
• Providing analysis on Capex opportunities at sites
• Direct report responsibility
• Be site finance lead on minor project implementations
• Limited month‑end involvement

About you.

• Experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)
• Previous experience in working with Finance ERP systems
• Desirable – CIMA / ACCA (or other recognised bodies) part qualified or QBE
• Confident working with data & building analysis
• Able to work to pace and deadlines
• Able to work independently and drive actions
