The successful candidate will manage financial activities, prepare various accounts, and ensure compliance with standards. Outstanding opportunity for a CIMA, ACA or ACCA Qualified Management Accountant to join a £30m t/o pioneering manufacturing/construction business based in Warrington, a company steadily growing and on track to double in size by 2030. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, and managing a part-time account assistant and a full-time purchase ledger clerk, your remit will include:
Applicants should be fully CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified with previous supervisory and Management Accounting experience gained working for SME businesses in the construction sector (or very similar). Non‑Qualified ("QBE") FCs/MAs from the construction sector will also be considered. Alongside strong management accounting skills you will also have the gravitas and personality required to build strong relationships with a broad audience of finance and non‑finance staff across all areas of the business and at all levels up to board level. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful, expanding business and a friendly and collaborative team, working in a hands‑on, highly visible FC where you can make a real contribution and impact.
A salary range of £50‑£65k is complimented with benefits including Bonus (to £3.6k pa), 25 days annual leave + Bank Hols and 3% pension. Onsite parking. 40 hours per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Office based – No Hybrid working. Applicants must have full and indefinite eligibility to work in the UK (through being a UK citizen or having gained ILR) and should live within a sensible commute of Warrington.
