• Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
• Experience adapting communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
• Must have current Right to Work in the UK and 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support a male with Autism and Moderate Learning Disabilities.
• Help the individual engage in meaningful activities.
• Provide 24-hour support on a 1-2-1 basis.
